2. Nature of Spiritual Services
Mediumship, spiritual assessment, healing and related services are personal and experiential services.
Any information, impressions, messages or guidance provided during a session represent Graham MacLauren's spiritual practice and interpretation at the time of the session.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
Spiritual services are intended to provide personal insight, reflection, comfort and spiritual support.
They are complementary services and customers remain responsible for their own personal, financial, medical, legal and other life decisions.
Where a matter requires medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, the appropriate qualified professional should be used for that purpose.
3. Bookings and Payment
Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been issued.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information when making a booking.
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
4. Appointment Times
Customers should arrive or be available at the agreed appointment time.
If you arrive late, Graham will make reasonable efforts to provide the booked session; however, the session may still need to finish at its scheduled time where another appointment follows.
Where Graham needs to change an appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund where an appropriate alternative cannot be arranged.
5. Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
Where statutory cancellation rights apply to an online service booking, customers generally have 14 days from entering into the contract in which to cancel.
If you request an appointment or service to begin during this 14-day period, you expressly request that Graham begins providing the service before the cancellation period has expired.
Where a service is fully performed during the 14-day cancellation period, your statutory cancellation right may end once the service has been fully provided, provided you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged this consequence.
Where you cancel after a service has begun during the cancellation period, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied.
In addition to your statutory rights, where possible we ask customers wishing to move an appointment to provide at least 48 hours' notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request to reschedule.
Repeated cancellations, missed appointments or very late requests to reschedule may result in Graham declining future bookings.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying us, the appointment may be treated as having been used.
Any amount retained will be limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances, taking account of the reserved appointment time and any loss resulting from the missed booking.
7. Events, House Parties and Group Bookings
Private events, house parties and group sessions may be subject to additional arrangements concerning:
Date and time
Location
Number of guests
Travel
Duration
Deposit or booking payment
Venue requirements
These will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Certain leisure or event services booked for a specific date or period may fall within an exception to the statutory 14-day cooling-off right.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling arrangements will be made clear before purchase.
If Graham has to cancel an event or private booking, customers will normally be offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Digital Products and Downloads
The website may sell downloadable or streamed digital content, including recordings, positive affirmations, guided material and other digital products.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you will be asked to:
expressly agree that the digital content can be supplied immediately; and
acknowledge that once supply begins, you may lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel that digital purchase.
Digital content is supplied for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.
It may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, uploaded, shared commercially or made publicly available without permission.
9. Healing Services
Healing sessions are intended as complementary spiritual and wellbeing practices.
Responses to spiritual or energetic healing vary between individuals and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Customers remain responsible for decisions concerning their own wellbeing and healthcare.
10. Behaviour and Safety
Graham reserves the right to end or refuse a session where a customer's behaviour becomes abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or creates a safety concern for Graham, another attendee or a member of the public.
Where a session is ended because of serious customer misconduct, any refund will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
11. Age Requirements
Bookings are intended for adults aged 18 or over unless Graham has expressly agreed otherwise.
A parent or legal guardian must arrange and consent to any service provided to a person under 18.
12. Personal Information
Personal information provided when booking or purchasing through GrahamMacLauren.com will be handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
Information shared during private spiritual sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially, subject to any legal obligations that may apply.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, written material, recordings, videos, photographs, branding, teaching material and downloadable products made available through GrahamMacLauren.com remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.
Purchasing access to content gives the purchaser permission to use that content personally. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights.
14. Website Information
Reasonable care is taken to ensure information on GrahamMacLauren.com is accurate and current.
Services, availability and prices may change from time to time.
Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not retrospectively alter a confirmed booking unless agreed with the customer or required by law.
15. Liability
Nothing within these Terms excludes or restricts any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable rights under UK consumer law.
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
Graham MacLauren is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of a breach of these Terms or a failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
Graham is not responsible for losses arising from a customer's independent decisions made following a spiritual session where those losses do not arise from a breach of these Terms.
16. Complaints
We want customers to have a positive experience.
If you have a problem with a booking, service or purchase, please contact us using the contact details on GrahamMacLauren.com and provide:
Your name
Date of booking or purchase

Details of the issue
We will aim to consider complaints fairly and resolve them wherever reasonably possible.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website, services or applicable law.
The Terms that applied when you made your purchase will normally govern that particular transaction.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.
Where Graham MacLauren is established in Scotland, these Terms are governed by Scots law, while customers continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applying where they live.
Nothing within these Terms restricts a consumer's statutory rights.
